What materials and tolerances can you work with?

We work across a range of materials depending on the application — aluminum (6061-T6, 7075-T6), carbon and alloy steel (1018, 4140), stainless (303, 304, 316) and titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5). We hold tolerances as tight as ±.005" for precision work. If you have a specific material or tolerance requirement, reach out with your prints or specs and we'll confirm we're a fit before you commit to anything.

We are actively pursuing ISO 9001 certification, targeted for 2027. What's your typical turnaround time? Do you handle rush jobs?

Standard turnaround for most jobs:

  • Simple part, in-stock material, no outside finishing — 3–7 business days
  • Standard part needing ordered material + in-house finish — 1–2 weeks
  • Complex part, certified material, outside finishing — 2–4 weeks
  • Rush job (in-stock material, simple part, no outside processing) — 1–3 business days, if capacity allows

Timing depends on part complexity, material availability and quantity. We understand that timing matters, especially for prototyping and advanced technology projects, so we offer rush and quick-turn options for time-sensitive work — reach out with your specs and deadline and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do you handle small-batch or prototype runs, or only production volume?

We work with businesses at every stage — from single prototype parts to small-batch runs to larger production quantities. Many of our best relationships start with a single prototype part; as your needs grow, we grow with you. If you're testing a design, validating a new product, or just need a small run done right, reach out and let's talk.

How do I get a quote?

Reach out with your part prints or specs — whether it's a formal drawing, a CAD file, or just a rough sketch and description of what you need. We'll review your requirements (material, tolerances, quantity and timeline) and get back to you with pricing and an estimated lead time.

Once you approve the quote: Programming → Setup → First-Article Inspection → Production → Final QA → Shipping. You'll have a clear point of contact throughout — no getting lost in a big shop's queue.

What are your payment terms?

For new customers, we typically ask for 40% down to cover material, with the remaining 60% due on shipment. Established customers move to 2/10 Net 30. Terms for larger accounts are set at time of quoting. Final terms are always confirmed on your quote or order confirmation.
